We are a family of four (we have two small children) with a mixed Japanese and European heritage. Due to our background we've often served as a bridge to link Japan and various cultures. Eventually we envisioned of creating a place that can be our home and at the same time, link people interested in traveling to and experiencing Japan. For us, Room 48 is a realization of that vision, and we look forward to receiving travelers to this special part of Japan, and sharing experiences with them.
